At Master Lock Store, we stand behind the security and quality of our products; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the lock and all original accessories, keys, and documentation into the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your package and ship the item back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned hardware for original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
